Neshek able to play catch: The Sports Xchange notes that RHP Pat Neshek played catch from 60 feet away and reported no pain in his pitching elbow Tuesday, the first time he has thrown a baseball since suffering a torn ligament in May. Neshek still hopes to return sometime this season.
